Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping services provided by the Licensor for Selode.AI as licensed to a Licensee under the Subscription Agreement.

Words defined in the Subscription Agreement have the same meaning in this Shipping Policy unless otherwise defined herein.

1. Order Processing and Delivery Timeline

1.1 Once your order and payment are confirmed, we will initiate the Hardware manufacturing process for your instance of Selode.AI. Hardware is typically ordered and manufactured by our Representatives specifically for each Licensee.

1.2 We aim to deliver your hardware within 30 days of placing the order on a best-efforts basis. While we strive to meet this timeline, delays may occur, in which case we will update you accordingly.

1.3 If you need to change your delivery address, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled shipment date. Failure to do so may incur a redelivery fee of $150.00. You can notify us via your User Account.

2. Delivery Area

2.1 We offer delivery to the following areas within a 50 km radius from the city centre:
(a) Sydney.
(b) Melbourne.
(c) Brisbane.
(d) Adelaide.
(e) Perth.

3. Delivery Process and Customer Assistance

3.1 Hardware will be manufactured, delivered, and installed by our Representatives.

3.2 You agree to provide reasonable assistance to facilitate delivery and installation at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring access to the installation location and having necessary resources or personnel available as needed.

3.3 If we cannot complete the delivery due to Licensee-related issues (e.g., lack of access or unavailability), a fee of $150.00 may be charged for each reattempted delivery.

4. Shipping Updates and Notifications

4.1 We will keep you informed throughout the shipping process with updates on
(a) Confirmation that payment has cleared.
(b) Progress on Hardware manufacturing and estimated completion.
(c) Notification when Hardware is ready for delivery and scheduling details.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns will only be accepted, and refunds will be provided when required by Consumer Law. Outside of these circumstances, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

6. Policy Updates

6.1 We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time.
